Shedd Aquarium: social media + email copy

The work: Listen, copy and social are great, but my greatest accomplishment is having penguin co-workers.

As the social and content manager, I crafted copy for nearly all of the aquarium's social posts and newsletters. This meant translating scientific and newsworthy topics into punchy copy while adhering to strict voice guidelines. I often collaborated with our Development, PR and Education departments to bring Shedd's stories to life.
